Using the Delivery Docket Feature in SprintSuite.

The Delivery Docket feature in SprintSuite allows you to generate a delivery-friendly version of a quote, displaying key details such as item names, quantities, and selected tasks. This document serves as a confirmation tool for deliveries, capturing client details and signatures.

1. Accessing the Delivery Docket Option

  1. Navigate to the Quotes tab in the job.

  2. Click on Export As PDF

  3. Select the Delivery Docket as the quote type.

  4. It will pre-populate Item name, Quantity, Project Title, Tasks, and sub-tasks.

  5. Then click on Submit.

2. Selecting Items and Updating Delivery Quantity

  1. Select the items you wish to appear on the export.

  2. Update the Delivery Quantity field, these fields will be displayed when exporting the PDF.

3. Generating and Printing the Delivery Docket

    1. The client will see the selected item names along with the quoted quantity and the delivery quantity they are receiving.

    2. Ensure you print a copy for the client to sign and date upon delivery as confirmation

    3. The exported document will display:

      • Item names

      • Quantities (quoted & expected delivery)

      • Selected tasks

      • Client details section

      • Signature section for confirmation upon delivery

    4. Save or print the document for use during delivery.
