Submitting a Form Request: A Guide for Staff

Once you've successfully logged into the staff app, proceed by clicking on the menu bar located at the top-right corner. Following that, select Forms from the menu options.

Select the document you wish to complete and send.

Make sure all fields on the form are completed, then click Submit. Alternatively, you can save it as a draft and return to it later.

Administrative users can access this information in the Forms section on the left-hand side of the portal or within the specific job if it was associated with one.
