Setting up Onboarding and Compliance.

SprintSuite in addition to having the Qualifications tab in staff profiles also have the details tab which is used to monitor and upload onboarding & compliance documents for staff.

Create

To set up an onboarding and compliance check go to Settings and then Billable Companies.

Click on the Onboarding & Compliance tab.

Click Add New.

Type the Label for the check.

Nominate whether this check is Mandatory?

Nominate whether this check requires a Document Required?

Nominate whether this check is Expirable?

Nominate whether this check is a Compliance Check?

Press Save.

Edit

You can also edit, delete or inactivate a compliance/onboarding check.

To edit press the pencil icon.

To delete press the bin icon.

To inactivate press the pencil icon and un-tick the active check box.

Now you can track your staff members onboarding and compliance checks in their profiles and update them accordingly.
