Job Status Thresholds allows your staff to be notified when a job status has exceeded the number of days that is acceptable for the job to remain in that status. When a job exceeds its status threshold the nominated Job Supervisor will receive an email with the list of jobs and their statuses that are in breach of the set thresholds.
Create
To add or change the days click on Job Status Thresholds in Settings then click the pencil icon next to the status you wish to edit.
Type in the number of days you wish to set at the maximum acceptable timeframe before the job is sent in a notification email to the nominated Job Supervisor and press Save.
After you click on Save the Status Threshold Updated! will pop up. Now you are ready to nominate a staff member to receive the job status threshold emails.
How to nominate a staff member.
Go to Settings and click on Departments. Then click on Edit against the Department Name you wish nominate a staff member to receive the job status threshold email.
Scroll down to Job Supervisor and use the drop-down list to select a staff from the list, then press Add Supervisor. The nominated staff member will now receive email notifications when a job status threshold has exceeded the nominated days in that status.
