π How to Use It:
Log in to your portal and search for the relevant job.
Open the job and navigate to the Receipts tab.
Click Upload Receipt to add a new receipt.
π₯ Uploading a Receipt:
In the upload screen, fill out the following fields:
Receipt ID
Receipt Amount
Receipt Date
Upload the file
Then click Upload Receipt to save.
β After Uploading:
Once saved, your receipt will appear in the list, where you can:
Download, Edit, or Delete receipts
Export all receipts into a CSV file
π° Financial Tracking:
Admin users can view all receipts entered as deductions in the Financials tab, where they are reflected on the Profit & Loss (P&L) report.
