What is the Receipts Tab within a Job?

The Receipts tab allows you to upload, manage, and track receipts related to a specific job in SprintSuite.

πŸ” How to Use It:

  1. Log in to your portal and search for the relevant job.

  2. Open the job and navigate to the Receipts tab.

  3. Click Upload Receipt to add a new receipt.

πŸ“₯ Uploading a Receipt:

In the upload screen, fill out the following fields:

  • Receipt ID

  • Receipt Amount

  • Receipt Date

  • Upload the file

Then click Upload Receipt to save.

βœ… After Uploading:

Once saved, your receipt will appear in the list, where you can:

  • Download, Edit, or Delete receipts

  • Export all receipts into a CSV file

πŸ’° Financial Tracking:

Admin users can view all receipts entered as deductions in the Financials tab, where they are reflected on the Profit & Loss (P&L) report.
