Budget Threshold Email Notifications alert the Responsible Person set on a project when the job’s costs reach 80% or more of the project budget.
You can easily turn these notifications on or off in your settings.
🔧 How to Turn Off Budget Threshold Notifications
Go to Settings > Job/Project Settings.
Scroll down to the Budget Threshold Email Notifications section.
Toggle the setting OFF to stop notifications from being sent.
✅ Turning Notifications Back On
If you’d like to start receiving these notifications again:
Return to Settings > Job/Project Settings.
Toggle the setting ON.
📌 What This Does
When enabled, the system will automatically email the project’s Responsible Person once the job reaches or exceeds 80% of its budget.
When disabled, no budget threshold notifications will be sent.
