๐Ÿ”ง Viewing and Managing Pre-Starts in the Assets Register

๐Ÿ“ Where to Find Pre-Starts

For admin users, all completed pre-starts are automatically stored within the Assets Register.
To view a pre-start:

  1. Go to Registers โ†’ Assets.

  2. Click View next to the asset you wish to check.

  3. Navigate to the Inspections tab โ€” youโ€™ll find the pre-start listed there.


๐Ÿ“ฉ Setting Up Pre-Start Notifications

If youโ€™d like to receive an email notification whenever a staff member completes a pre-start, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Departments.

  2. Select the department you belong to.

  3. Under Department Supervisors, add yourself as a Pre-Start Notification Recipient.

Once enabled, youโ€™ll receive an email each time a pre-start is completed by a staff member from that department.
The completed pre-start will also be stored against the corresponding asset in the system.
