How to Use the Bulk Timesheet Entry.

The Bulk Timesheet Entry feature lets you enter multiple timesheets at once using a spreadsheet-style screen. It's fast, efficient, and ideal for managing time entries for multiple staff. Simply fill in the fields, use drag-to-copy, and submit-all entries follow the usual approval process.

How to Use the Bulk Timesheet Entry

  • Navigate to Staff Times: From the main menu, go to Staff Times.

  • Click Add Time, then select Bulk Producing Times.

  • The Bulk Entry screen will appear β€” it looks and works like a spreadsheet.

Enter your timesheet data:

  • Double click in the Staff Member, Shift Type and Trade fields to pre-populate these details which come from your staff list and settings.

  • Double click in the Date field to select a date from the calendar or you can manually type it in.

  • For Start and End Time, you will need to manually type in the times.

  • Double click in the Job Number and Cost Code fields to display a list of options for selection.

  • You can also use the drag down feature to quickly copy entries across multiple rows.

  • Click Save and Exit if you'd like to save your entries and return to them later. Or you can choose to Discard and Exit to cancel entries or Reset Table to clear the current data and start fresh.

  • When you're ready to proceed, click Create Timesheets to submit them for approval.

The timesheets will then follow the usual approval process and appear on the Details tab in Staff Times, ready for review and approval.

You may need to use filters to locate them, especially if you're working with multiple staff or date ranges.
