Key Columns in the Report
Job ID – Unique identifier for the job the timesheet entry is linked to.
Staff – Name of the staff member who submitted the timesheet.
PO (Purchase Order) – Reference number tied to the work, if provided.
Location – Where the work was performed.
Client – The client being invoiced for the work.
Primary Department – Department or division responsible.
Shift Type – Indicates whether the shift was Day, Night, etc.
Start Datetime / End Datetime – Full timestamp of the recorded shift.
Hours – Total hours recorded for that shift.
Approved – Indicates whether the timesheet has been approved (True/False).
