Overview

The Timesheet Entry Invoice Report lists all timesheet records that contribute to client invoicing. It helps users verify which entries have been approved, how many hours are recorded, and which purchase orders (POs) are linked to the work performed.

This report ensures accurate billing and transparency between timesheet data and client charges.


Key Columns in the Report

  • Job ID – Unique identifier for the job the timesheet entry is linked to.

  • Staff – Name of the staff member who submitted the timesheet.

  • PO (Purchase Order) – Reference number tied to the work, if provided.

  • Location – Where the work was performed.

  • Client – The client being invoiced for the work.

  • Primary Department – Department or division responsible.

  • Shift Type – Indicates whether the shift was Day, Night, etc.

  • Start Datetime / End Datetime – Full timestamp of the recorded shift.

  • Hours – Total hours recorded for that shift.

  • Approved – Indicates whether the timesheet has been approved (True/False).
