The Job Status Report in SprintSuite is designed to give you a clear overview of all jobs within a specific date range, categorized by their current status. It’s a helpful way to assess overall workflow progress and identify which jobs may require follow-up.

🧭 Where to Find It

You can access the Job Status Report from the Reporting section in SprintSuite.


πŸ” What the Report Shows

The report includes:

  • Job Name or ID

  • Client Name

  • Start and Due Dates

  • Current Job Status (e.g. Not Started, In Progress, Completed)

  • Assigned Staff or Teams

You can also choose to display invoice data in the report, which will show:

  • Invoice Status (Invoiced, Not Invoiced, Draft, etc.)

  • Invoice Amount

  • Invoice Date

When generating the report, you can:

  • Select a date range to define which jobs to include

  • Toggle invoice data on or off depending on your needs

  • Export the report to CSV for easy sharing or analysis
