Key Fields in the Report

  • Job Number – Unique identifier for the project/job.

  • Site – Location where the work is taking place.

  • Department – The internal team handling the project.

  • Responsible Staff – The team member or lead assigned.

  • Item Name / Description – Breakdown of scope or task types.

  • Labour Type – The role required (e.g. Lineborer, Painter).

  • Planned Hours / Actual Labour Hours / Remaining Hours – Labour allocation and tracking.

  • % Complete – Progress made against the project.

  • Expected Completion – Target finish date (if set).
