Overview

The OEM Contractor Hours Report provides a breakdown of hours worked by contractors across projects and departments. It supports detailed tracking by trade and job type, helping teams monitor labour usage across internal projects, client work, or OEM-related services.

🛠️ Filter Options:

  • Shift Type

  • Department

  • Job Work Type (pulled from the “Quotation For Section” in each quote)

  • Client

  • Month and Year


What the Report Tracks

  • Trade – The contractor's job classification (e.g., Laser Operator, Supervisor).

  • Shift Type – E.g., Day Shift, Night Shift, etc.

  • Job Work Type – Categorised from the quote’s "For Section" (e.g., Fixed Plant, Workshop, Field Service).

  • Client – Who the job is being completed for.

  • Hours Worked – Total hours logged by trade, broken down by month or reporting period.

Depending on the structure, the report may also summarise hours by:

  • Location

  • Project group

  • Cost centre or work order


How to Use This Report

  1. Set Filters

    • Select filters for shift type, client, department, job work type, and month/year.

  2. Review by Trade

    • See total hours logged by each contractor trade within the selected criteria.

  3. Compare Across Job Types

    • Identify where the most contractor time is spent (e.g., Workshop vs Field).
