Multiple Departments in Staff Profiles

Overview

You can now add multiple departments to a single staff profile in SprintSuite. This enhancement gives you more flexibility when allocating staff to jobs, ensuring the right people are available for mobilisation without having to manually switch departments.


How It Works

  1. Navigate to Staff Profiles

    • Go to Registers > Staff and open the staff member’s profile.

    • Select the Details tab.

  2. Add Multiple Departments

    • Under the Department field, you can now select more than one department.

    • Choose all relevant departments that this staff member belongs to.

3. Mobilise with Confidence

  • When you create or edit a job, select any of the departments you have assigned to that staff member.

  • The staff member will appear as available to mobilise — no need to switch profiles or reassign departments manually.

Time-Saving: No need to duplicate profiles for staff who work across multiple departments.
Better Visibility: Staff automatically show up as available when you select any of their departments.
Accurate Mobilisation: Reduces the risk of missing team members who are eligible to work on a job.
