You can now push receipts uploaded in SprintSuite directly to Xero, helping you streamline your reconciliation process and reduce manual data entry.

This feature ensures your expenses stay aligned across both systems with minimal effort.


βš™οΈ Before You Start

  • Ensure your Xero integration is connected


πŸ“₯ Uploading Receipts

Receipts can be uploaded into SprintSuite as part of your normal workflow (e.g. via receipts tab of your jobs).

Once uploaded, they are available to be pushed to Xero.


πŸ”„ How to Push Receipts to Xero

  1. Navigate to the area where your receipts are stored (e.g. Reconciliation / Purchases)

  2. Locate the receipt you want to send

  3. Select the option to Push to Xero

  4. Confirm the action

βœ… The receipt will be sent to Xero and created against the relevant supplier

When pushing a receipt to Xero, key details are transferred, including:

  • Supplier information

  • Amount and line items

  • Attached receipt file

  • Relevant coding (if configured)

What you can do:

  • View which receipts have been pushed to Xero
