Overview
SprintSuite now gives you the ability to switch between GST Inclusive and GST Exclusive pricing when reviewing invoices in jobs and projects.
This is a view-only setting, designed to help your team quickly validate pricing based on client or internal requirements. Changing the view does not impact the actual invoice data, exports, or accounting integrations.
Where to Find It
Open your Job or Project
Navigate to the Invoice tab
At the top of the invoice page, you will see the toggle:
View GST Inclusive / View GST Exclusive
By default, invoices will display as GST Inclusive.
How to Use It
To View GST Exclusive Pricing
All invoice line items and totals will automatically update to show pricing excluding GST
To View GST Inclusive Pricing
Click Show amounts inclusive of GST
All invoice line items and totals will update to show pricing including GST
Important Notes
Your selected view will remain active while working within the invoice.
This feature only changes how values are displayed on screen.
Exported invoices and accounting integrations (such as Xero) will continue using the original invoice data.
