Overview: what syncs which wayWhat SprintSuite pulls from Greentree, what you map locally, and what you push or export back, plus the recommended setup order.

Connect Greentree (credentials, Save & connect, Ping)Enter your Greentree Web Services details, allowlist SprintSuite's egress IP, and connect a billable company.

Turn Greentree integration onGreentree does not appear under Integrations, or toggles/syncs stay hidden, until the parent integration gate is on for the tenant.

Sync Profit Centres (+ map to departments)Departments in Sprintsuite must map to Greentree Profit Centres for reporting and for flows that require a profit-centre mapping (for example staff/job prerequisites elsewhere).

Sync BranchesYou need Greentree branches available in Sprintsuite (staff details, defaults, and other Greentree-aware screens).

Sync Tax CodesPurchase/bill Greentree flows need Greentree tax codes. The Tax Codes catalogue also feeds Procurement tax mapping.

Sync GL / chart of accountsGreentree GL codes are required for purchase/bill account mapping for Greentree customers.

Sync Activity codesPay Runs CSV Activity (via Pay Types mappings or trade/shift Combinations) and other Greentree activity pickers need the Greentree activity-code catalogue in Sprintsuite.

Sync Work CentresSync the Greentree Work Centre catalogue for Pay Types mappings, and how Work Centres differ from Profit Centres.

Disconnect / reconnect / RetryRetry an unreachable connection, disconnect, or reconnect Greentree without losing saved credentials or catalogues.

Sync JC Job Tree / mandatory custom fieldsGreentree jobs expose company-specific Custom-tab and Tree fields (for example JCActivity). Sprintsuite must pull that mandatory-field catalogue so job/project forms know which Greentree fields to show.

Link a staff profile to a Greentree HR person (manual link only)Pay-run CSV export and other Greentree staff flows require each included staff member linked to a Greentree employee (Emp Code), and not marked Do not link.

ReSync staff catalogues (HR Persons + JC Employees)Staff linking needs up-to-date Greentree HR Person and JC Employee catalogues in Sprintsuite.

Export GreenTree timesheet CSV from a pay runExport a pay run as a Greentree JC timesheet import file: who's included, every column, and how Activity is resolved.

Set up Pay Types / Combinations / Automatch so CSV Activity resolvesMap shift types, leave types and allowances on Pay Types, or use trade and shift type combinations, so the CSV Activity column resolves.

Compose trade / shift-type codes (+ Automatch)Combination Activity codes are built from Greentree letter codes on trades and shift types, plus Field/rostered on the job. Automatch matches the composed code to the synced activity catalogue.

Document Reference numbering (SprintSuite to Greentree)The Greentree Reference each SprintSuite document gets (invoices, credit notes, POs, bills, receipts), length limits, and how corrections work.

Link an existing Greentree Job Code to a job/projectLink a Sprintsuite job or project to an existing Greentree JC Job code. Link is one path — new jobs can also create/update in Greentree when Job Sync is on.
