Quoted Jobs for Staff Scheduler Mobilisation

SprintSuite now automatically converts quoted labour into schedulable jobs, eliminating the need to manually recreate labour requirements after quoting. When labour is added to a Project or Maintenance quote using your configured client rates, it will immediately appear in the Scheduler's Unassigned Jobs section, ready for allocation. Labour dates entered on the quote are automatically carried through, and SprintSuite can recommend suitable staff based on the quoted trades and labour requirements, giving your team greater visibility and a faster, more accurate scheduling process.

To enable this, you will need to head to Settings and then into Job Statuses.

In the column Appear on Scheduler, you will place a tick for the statuses you want to appear on the Staff Scheduler - Unassigned Jobs View.

When creating a Project Quote, as you create your labour line entries, you will enter in a Start Date and End Date. These will automatically flow through to the Staff Scheduler.

Click on the Quoted Jobs to bring the Jobs list down. Look for the Job ID you had a quote job for and want to assign a staff member for.

Once the job is located, look for the Trade you wish to create a mobilisation for. There will bee the Labour name, the start date and end date and quantity required.

Double clicking on the red box with red dotted line representing the mobilisation will open up the mobilisation edit box.
Populate the basic mobilisation details such as the Staff name, shift type and any other details needed and then save.

Upon saving, the quoted labour will now the mobilisation as assigned with the staff members name.

For Field Service Jobs, when creating a quote, entries under the Maintenance type will show in the Staff Scheduler for automated labour planning.
This is configured in Quote Settings in the Settings section of the platform.

Click on Edit of your main Quote Template.
