New SprintSuite App: What You Need to Know

Information for admin and staff for the new SprintSuite app releasing July 2026.

The new SprintSuite App is going live on 23 July 2026.

It has been built to give field teams a smoother mobile experience when accessing job information, updates, communications and key workflows from their phone.

This page explains what is changing, what your team needs to do, the key rollout dates, and where to get help.

What is changing?

SprintSuite is moving users from the legacy mobile app to the new SprintSuite App.

Field staff will need to download the new app and log in using their existing SprintSuite email and password.

The new SprintSuite App goes live on 23 July 2026. On the same date, the legacy app will be delisted from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Users who already have the legacy app installed may still be able to access it for a short transition period, but they should move to the new SprintSuite App as soon as possible. From 17 August 2026, legacy app access will be blocked and all users will need to use the new SprintSuite App.

Field staff should:

  1. Download the new SprintSuite App.

  2. Log in using their existing SprintSuite email and password.

  3. Start using the new app for their mobile workflows.

  4. Contact their company admin or SprintSuite Support if they have trouble logging in.

Before downloading, check that you are selecting the correct SprintSuite app.

Can users use the same login details?

Yes. Users can log in to the new SprintSuite App using their existing SprintSuite email and password.

They do not need to create a new account.

What can users do in the new app?

The new SprintSuite App gives field staff access to key information and workflows from their phone, including:

  • Job details and updates

  • Field communications

  • Timesheet-related workflows

  • Operational updates

  • Key information needed while working away from the office

Access may vary depending on your company’s SprintSuite setup and user permissions.

Does the new app work offline?

Parts of the new SprintSuite App can be used offline.

When a user is offline, some data can be stored locally and synced once they reconnect to the internet.

SprintChat does not work offline. Users will need an internet connection to send and receive SprintChat messages.

Will any data be lost?

No data loss is expected as part of the move to the new SprintSuite App.

Users should be able to log in with their existing details and access the information available to them based on their company setup and permissions.

If something does not look right after logging in, please contact SprintSuite Support.

What happens to the legacy app?

The legacy app is being phased out.

From 23 July 2026, the legacy app will be delisted from the Apple App Store and Google Play. This means new users will no longer be able to download the legacy app from the app stores.

Users who already have the legacy app installed may still require transition support after this date, but should move to the new SprintSuite App as soon as possible.

From 17 August 2026, access to the legacy app will be blocked and all users will need to use the new SprintSuite App.

What should client champions and admins do?

Client champions and admin users should:

  • Share the new app download links with field staff.

  • Let staff know they can use their existing login details.

  • Make sure staff download the correct SprintSuite App.

  • Remind staff to move across before 17 August 2026.

  • Contact SprintSuite Support if users are having trouble accessing the new app.

No. SprintChat requires an internet connection.
