Getting Started with SprintSuite Mobile App

Welcome to SprintSuite. This quick guide will walk you through the key features of the mobile app and show you how to get started with logging in, viewing jobs, submitting timesheets, and using important tools within the platform.



Downloading and Logging In

To get started, download SprintSuite from either:

  • The Apple App Store (iOS)

  • Google Play Store (Android)

Once the app is installed:

Step 1: Enter Your Organisation URL

When you first open the app, you’ll be asked to enter your Organisation URL.

This is usually your company name entered as a single word.

Example:

  • yourcompany .sprintsuite.com.au

Select Submit to continue.


Step 2: Create Your PIN

You’ll then be prompted to create a secure PIN for quick access to the app.


Step 3: Log In

Enter your:

  • Email address

  • Password

Once entered, select Login.


Initial Data Sync

After logging in for the first time, you may see a “Syncing Your Data” screen.

This usually only appears:

  • During your first login

  • Or when a large amount of data needs to be updated

In most cases, syncing only takes a short time.


Home Screen Overview

The Home Screen gives you quick access to your work information and important actions.

Timesheets

At the top of the screen, you’ll see:

  • Existing timesheets

  • Previous entries

  • Upcoming scheduled work

You can open any entry to:

  • Review details

  • Check approval status

  • Move between different time periods


Leave Requests

The Leave Requests section shows:

  • Pending requests

  • Approved leave

  • Previous submissions

You can also create a new leave request directly from this area.


Job Details

Your assigned or mobilised jobs appear in the Today section.

Here you can:

  • Expand or collapse job details

  • View current assignments

  • Review past jobs and previous timesheets


Quick Actions

The Quick Actions section gives fast access to common tasks, including:

  • Vehicle pre-starts

  • Non-productive timesheets

  • Reporting for Incidents and Hazards


Calendar View

The calendar allows you to view:

  • Upcoming jobs

  • Scheduled work dates

  • Future mobilisations


Viewing Job Details

To open a job, select View Job Details.

Inside the job view, you’ll see:

  • Client information

  • Job descriptions

  • Scheduled shifts

  • Existing timesheet entries

  • Team members assigned to the job

This provides a full overview of the work site and schedule.


Creating a Timesheet

To submit a timesheet:

  1. Open the job

  2. Select Add Timesheet

SprintSuite will automatically populate:

  • Mobilised dates

  • Scheduled shift times

Examples may include:

  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Depending on your assigned schedule.


Completing Timesheet Information

When filling out your timesheet, you may need to enter:

  • Cost codes

  • Work descriptions

  • Scope of works

  • Assets used

  • Consumables

  • Photos

  • Delay information

Once completed, save the timesheet.


Timesheet Sign-Off Process

After submission, the timesheet will require sign-off.

Internal Sign-Off

If you are responsible for internal approvals, you may see other workers’ timesheets listed below yours.

Selecting Internal allows:

  • Internal supervisor approval

  • Site supervisor sign-off


Client Sign-Off

Once internal approval is complete:

  1. Select the Client sign-off option

  2. Present the device to the client

  3. The client enters their details and signature

  4. Submit the sign-off

Once completed:

  • The timesheet is finalised

  • Hours are recorded

  • The entry is complete


Uploading Photos and Files

You can upload photos directly to jobs and timesheets.

Additional file support and document access will also become available within the app.


Forms

The Forms section contains any forms made available by your administrators.

Examples may include:

  • Daily claim sheets

  • Site checks

  • Safety inspections

  • Operational forms

It will also show you how many Forms are available to you, how many are currently in Draft (in progress or incomplete), and how many you have Submitted. Submitted forms are sent back to your administrator for review.


Sprint Chat

Sprint Chat will soon allow direct communication between workers and administrators within Sprint Suite.


Leave Requests

You can also submit leave requests and view your current and past leave requests from the bottom navigation menu at any time.


Settings, Notifications and Help

Settings

Use the Settings area to update:

  • Profile information

  • Personal settings

  • App preferences


Notifications

The Notifications section displays:

  • App alerts

  • Updates

  • Important reminders


Help Center

Access to the SprintSuite Knowledge Base can be found through the Settings if you need additional information about the product or guidance on how to use a feature.


This guide covers the core features currently available in SprintSuite, with additional tools and functionality continuing to be added over time.
