Accessing Quote Templates
Go to Settings > Quote Settings.
Scroll down to Quote Templates.
Click Add New to create a new template.
Creating a Quote Template
Step 1: Add Basic Information
Name & Description β Enter a name and description for the template.
ABN # β Enter your company ABN.
Logo β Click Change Logo to upload your company logo.
GST Checkbox β If you want the exported quote to show totals including GST, tick the checkbox at the bottom left.
Step 2: Configure Text Sections
Client Reference β This automatically pulls from the Job short description.
Assumptions & Qualifications β Add extra details about the works.
Inclusions & Exclusions β List whatβs included or excluded in the scope.
Step 3: Manage Quote Item Groups
Default groups include Mobilisation, Maintenance, and Consumable.
Add New Groups β Click Add Item Group.
Edit Group Headings β Simply rename and click Save.
Delete Groups β Click the Bin icon.
Mandatory Line Items β Use Add More under the group heading to add items that appear by default. These can be removed later in the job if not needed.

Consumable allows free text descriptions.
Mobilisation and Maintenance offer drop-down that can be pre-populated with your charge-out rates.

As part of onboarding, we can assist you with a bulk upload of your rates through Settings > Data Import. If youβd prefer to add your rates individually as a one-off, click here to learn how.
Step 5: Footer & Terms
Footer β Add a footer that will display on each page of the quote.
Terms & Conditions β Add your standard terms to appear at the end of the quote.
Step 6: Save Your Template
Once all details are complete, click Save.
Your Quote Template is now ready to use and export to your clients.
Editing or Deleting a Quote Template
Edit β Click the Edit icon beside the template you want to update.
Delete β Click the Delete icon beside the template you want to remove.
β Youβve now created or edited your Quote Template. This ensures consistency and professionalism across all client quotes.
