Health and safety actions

The health and safety actions tab allows your staff to monitor and control follow up actions required in response to a health and safety event.

The health and safety events tab shows a list of all reported events uploaded by staff from the staff portal, the level of the risk of injury and the investigation status of the event.

Inside each health and safety event you can find event details, investigation details, documents related to the event, actions taken, internal safety communications, and details on the event close out.

In the heath and safety report a hazard section, admin staff can use this section to report a hazard when necessary, you can list details of the event, site location, who the incident was reported to, and what further action is required.

In the event of an incident/ injury the Report and Incident section can be used to report any onsite injury or incident, you can list details of the event, site location, who the incident was reported to, and what further action is required.
