The Timesheet Reconciliation Report is designed to ensure accuracy between what was scheduled (mobilisation) and what was logged (timesheets). It allows you to detect differences in start/end times, shift hours, and shift types β€” helping you prevent overpayments, missed billing, or data entry errors.


Key Columns Explained

  • Date – The date of the shift or workday.

  • Staff – Name of the staff member.

  • Department – Their assigned department.

  • Job ID / Client / Job Location – Job details for cross-referencing.

  • Mobilisation Start / End – Planned shift times based on the mobilisation schedule.

  • Shift Hrs – Total shift hours expected.

  • Timesheet – Shift Type – The shift type submitted via timesheet.

  • Timesheet Start / End – Actual times recorded by the staff member.

  • Timesheet Hrs – Total hours logged on the timesheet.

  • Reconciliation – Shows whether the timesheet aligns with mobilisation (e.g., matched, over, under, missing).


How to Use This Report

  1. Navigate to the Report

    • Go to the Reports tab and select Timesheet Reconciliation Report.

  2. Compare Mobilisation vs. Timesheet

    • Look for differences in start/end times or total hours.

    • Use the Reconciliation column to quickly identify mismatches.

  3. Follow Up

    • Investigate any discrepancies with staff or supervisors before approving hours for payroll or invoicing.

  4. Export & Filter

    • Export to CSV for easier sorting, filtering, or follow-up.
