Overview

The Job Times Report provides a daily breakdown of hours worked on a job by each staff member or asset category. It’s a powerful tool for analysing job productivity, validating hours for invoicing, and supporting labour cost tracking.

🛠️ Filtering Options:
You can filter the report by:

  • Job number

  • Start and end dates


Key Fields in the Report

  • Name (Staff / Asset Category) – The individual or asset group the time is attributed to.

  • Trade – The trade or role of the person (e.g., Rigger, Lineborer).

  • Rate – The hourly rate (if applicable).

  • Daily Columns – Each date in the range is shown as a column with hours recorded.

  • Grand Total – Total hours worked by that staff member or category for the selected date range.


How to Use This Report

  1. Filter by Job and Date

    • Use filters to focus the report on one specific job and a defined date window.

  2. Review Daily Attendance

    • Review which team members were active on each day, and for how many hours.

  3. Validate Invoicing and Labour Costs

    • Cross-check recorded hours with timesheets and invoices to confirm accuracy.

  4. Identify Gaps or Overages

    • Spot any underutilisation or overtime within the job period.
