This article explains how to access and use the Staff Qualifications Report in SprintSuite. It guides users through filtering by staff and qualification status and exporting the data for compliance and record-keeping. The report provides a complete view of qualifications across both active and deactivated staff members.
Steps:
Go to Reporting > Staff Qualifications Report.
Use the available filters:
Select the staff member and qualifications.
Leaving both filters blank will export all active and deactivated staff along with all active and deactivated qualifications.
Staff Status: Choose Active, Deactivated, or leave blank to include all.
Qualification Status: Choose Active, Deactivated, or leave blank to include all.
Click Generate Report to download the report as a CSV file.
