The Staff Report in SprintSuite allows you to view and manage all staff records in one place. It provides key details about each staff member’s profile, employment setup, and pay rate template allocations.
🔍 Where to Find the Report
You can access the Staff Report under Registers → Export in SprintSuite.
📋 What the Report Shows
The report contains the following columns:
Position – The staff member’s role or trade (e.g., Boilermaker, Administrator).
Surname / First Name – The staff member’s full name.
Department – The department the staff member is assigned to.
Track ID / SAP No. – Internal reference or system identifiers if used.
Date of Birth – Staff member’s date of birth.
Phone No. – Contact number.
Email Address – Registered email for communication and login.
Account Type – Indicates the type of user (e.g., Admin, Staff).
Staff ID – Unique system-generated identifier for each staff profile.
Payroll ID – The ID linked to payroll export.
Employment Status – Staff member’s employment type (e.g., Casual, Full-time, Contractor).
Profile Status – Active/Inactive status of the staff member’s account.
Pay Rate Template – Displays the pay rate template applied to the staff profile (e.g., “Boilermaker Rate”). If you are not using the pay rate templates this field will be blank.
4.Once your filters are applied, the report will generate based on your selections
5.Click to export the data as a CSV file.
📊 Filtering Options
When generating the report, you can filter by:
Department
Employment Status
Profile Status (Active/Inactive)
Pay Rate Template
Leaving all filters blank will display all staff profiles in the system.
