If you’ve set up SprintScan to handle your supplier invoices, you no longer need Rossum connected to your account. SprintSuite provides a built-in option to disconnect Rossum directly from your settings.


πŸ“ Where to Find the Disconnect Option

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Locate the Rossum integration.

  3. You will now see a Disconnect button available.


🚫 What Happens After Disconnection

  • Once disconnected, invoices can no longer be sent to Rossum.

  • If you’ve already redirected your suppliers to use your SprintScan email, nothing else needs to be done.

  • If suppliers are still sending invoices to your Rossum email, those invoices will not be processed once the integration is removed.


⏳ Grace Period

  • If you do not disconnect Rossum yourself, the SprintSuite team will automatically disconnect it for you by 5 September.

  • This ensures all clients transition smoothly to SprintScan without disruption.
