If youβve set up SprintScan to handle your supplier invoices, you no longer need Rossum connected to your account. SprintSuite provides a built-in option to disconnect Rossum directly from your settings.
π Where to Find the Disconnect Option
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Locate the Rossum integration.
You will now see a Disconnect button available.
π« What Happens After Disconnection
Once disconnected, invoices can no longer be sent to Rossum.
If youβve already redirected your suppliers to use your SprintScan email, nothing else needs to be done.
If suppliers are still sending invoices to your Rossum email, those invoices will not be processed once the integration is removed.
β³ Grace Period
If you do not disconnect Rossum yourself, the SprintSuite team will automatically disconnect it for you by 5 September.
This ensures all clients transition smoothly to SprintScan without disruption.
