Custom Job Numbers β€” Setup Guide

Updated this week

Custom Job Numbers let you control how jobs and projects are numbered so they match your company’s naming conventions.

✨ Overview

Instead of the default year-based numbering (YY.NNNN), you can create your own format using a prefix + number sequence.

  • WO-0100

  • PROJECT5000

Once enabled, all new jobs and projects will follow your custom format automatically.

You’re ready to go!

  • Jobs and projects share the same numbering sequence

ℹ️ Important Notes
