Collapse Timesheets into a Single Line

You can now group multiple timesheets into one line item for cleaner invoices.

How it works:

  1. Navigate to Do & Charge → Create Invoice

  2. Open the Select Timesheet Entries screen

  3. Select multiple timesheet entries

  4. Use the collapse/group toggle

  5. The system will combine them into a single line item

What happens when collapsed:

  • Total values are automatically summarised:

    • Total hours

    • Total price

  • The line item will clearly indicate it represents multiple timesheet entries

  • Faster selection and organisation of timesheets

  • Consistent experience across Timesheets and Invoicing

  • Better control when working with high volumes of data


⚠️ Notes

  • Your selected sort preference is session-based and won’t override the default order when you return

  • Default behaviour will always reflect the Job → Timesheets tab
