Once you are logged in to SprintSuite you can click the ‘Registers’ tab in the sidebar. In the Registers dropdown, click the ‘Staff Register’.
From here you can search for the staff member you want to edit.
Click on the ‘view’ link on the right of the staff member to view their Staff Profile.
In the Staff Profile, click the account tab.
In the top right corner of the screen you will see a deactivate button.
Click the deactivate button to deactivate the staff profile.
This staff member will no longer be able to login to their account and you will now a seat available for another new staff profile.
