Once you are logged in to SprintSuite you can click the ‘Registers’ tab in the sidebar. In the Registers dropdown, click the ‘Staff Register’.
From here you can search for the staff member you want to edit.
Click on the ‘view’ link on the right of the staff member to view their Staff Profile.
In the Staff Profile, click the account tab.
In the account tab there is a dropdown labelled ‘User type’, you can click this dropdown to and select the desired user type.
If there are not enough seats to change the user type you will see an error message with a link to update the seats for your organisation.
Once you have selected the desired user type, click the update button next to the dropdown to save your changes.
