How do I update my payment method?

  1. If you are in a trial, once you are logged in to SprintSuite you will see a banner at the top of the screen with your trial information.

  2. Click the banner at the top of the screen and you will be taken to the User Accounts / Subscription page.

  3. If you are not in a trial, in the top bar you will see settings.

  4. Click on the settings and you will see User Accounts / Subscription.

  5. If you click this link, you will be taken to the User Accounts / Subscription page.

  6. On this page you can click the button labelled ā€˜Update Payment Method’.

  7. You will be taken to Stripe, where you can update your payment method.

  8. Once you have completed all the prompts there will be a link on the screen to return to SprintSuite.
