Additionally, it exports data in a format compatible with Rio Tinto’s MS Track system, allowing for seamless import and review within their internal tracking environment.
Key Fields in the Report
Record ID – Unique reference for each log entry.
Location ID – Identifies the access point (e.g., site gate or zone).
Company Code – Refers to the employing company.
Resource ID / Card ID – Identifier linked to the individual’s access pass.
External Employee Reference – Optional external ID for cross-system mapping.
SysID / Panel ID / Device ID – Technical identifiers from access hardware.
In Out Date Time – Timestamp in
YYYYMMDDHHMMSS
