Overview
The Timesheet Hour Report shows a day-by-day breakdown of hours worked by each staff member, along with total hours per person. It's especially useful for comparing labour activity across different categories (blue or white collar) and ensuring time entries match project expectations.

Job Number
Staff Category (Blue/White Collar)

Key Fields in the Report
Name (Staff / Asset Category) – Person or resource being tracked.
Trade – Their role or position (e.g. Rigger, Draftsman).
Rate – Hourly rate used for costing or billing.
Daily Columns – Each column represents a date, showing hours worked.
Grand Total – The total number of hours logged across the date range.
How to Use This Report
Set Your Filters
Choose a job number and define the date range.
Filter by blue/white collar category as needed (ensure this is updated in the staff profile).
Optionally, include deactivated staff to see full history.
Review Daily Time Entries
Identify who worked on which days and how many hours they logged.
Validate Timesheets
Use this report to cross-check entries against expected rosters or project logs.
