SprintPay is SprintSuite’s payroll add-on powered by Employment Hero Payroll. It is used to process payroll from approved SprintSuite timesheets, apply pay rules, calculate allowances, manage leave, create pay runs, process super, support STP lodgement, and connect payroll data to accounting platforms such as Xero.
SprintSuite remains the operational source for jobs, schedules, staff timesheets, approvals, and payroll export. SprintPay is used to process the payroll once the approved timesheet data is ready.
Important Notes
SprintPay and EOS
SprintPay and EOS are separate platforms. EOS has additional features that may not be available in SprintPay.
The SprintPay / EOS merger is currently in progress. New clients are being suggested EOS, while existing clients are being reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
BOOT testing is not currently a standard SprintPay feature. If a client asks about BOOT testing, this should be checked before confirming availability.
Employment Hero benefits
SprintPay users do not automatically receive all standard Employment Hero app benefits.
The Employment Hero Work App, early pay access, and other Employment Hero partner benefits are only available through EOS or Employment Hero HR, not standard SprintPay.
