When should you sync with Employment Hero?
Sync with Employment Hero after the SprintPay pay run has been finalised.
This allows SprintSuite to receive the final payroll cost information and apply it back to the relevant timesheets.
What if the sync does not match cleanly?
If hours or employee records do not line up, manual matching may be required.
The most common causes are:
路 Employee external ID mismatch
路 Employee missing in Employment Hero
路 Start / finish times changed after export
路 Manual edits inside SprintPay
路 Incorrect work type ID
路 Incorrect date range
路 Late timesheets added separately
