How to View Unsubmitted Timesheets

The Unsubmitted Timesheets tab within Staff Times menu provides a centralised view of all staff who have been mobilised to a job but have not yet submitted their timesheets. Instead of opening individual jobs and checking the Reconciliation tab, users can quickly identify outstanding timesheets in one place, making it easier to follow up with staff, improve payroll and invoicing readiness, and ensure missing timesheets are addressed before payroll cut-off dates.

You can filter by Staff member name, particular Job IDs and a date range.
