Workshop staff can now transition directly between jobs from the Clock Off screen, making it easier to manage multiple jobs throughout the day.
Instead of clocking off one job and then manually clocking onto another, users can select their next job during the clock-off process. SprintSuite will automatically end the current job and start the selected job in a single action, reducing downtime and improving the accuracy of time tracking.
Note: Pre-select Kiosk Job cannot be enabled simultaneously as Seamless Job Transition

Navigate to: Settings → Timesheet Settings

How It Works
Clock in like normal and select a Job from the list
Upon next login (via 4 digit ID), click on Clock onto next job
Select the next job from the list and click Switch Job
Users can choose when to enter work breakdown information:
Before switching jobs – Complete the work breakdown during the clock-off process before selecting the next job.
After switching jobs – Move directly to the next job and complete the work breakdown later.
At the end of the day – Clock off even if a work breakdown has not been entered. Administrators can update the work breakdown information later if required.
