Purchase/bill Greentree flows need Greentree tax codes. The Tax Codes catalogue also feeds Procurement tax mapping.

Go to Settings → Integrations → Greentree → Tax Codes.

Click Sync from Greentree (nightly sync also runs; use the button for an on-demand pull).

Filter Active if needed; confirm codes and rates look current.

If you use Procurement tax mapping, open Procurement after sync and map Sprintsuite tax types to Greentree purchase tax codes.
