Pay Runs CSV Activity (via Pay Types mappings or trade/shift Combinations) and other Greentree activity pickers need the Greentree activity-code catalogue in Sprintsuite.

You will map letter codes / combinations after the catalogue sync (see Compose trade / shift-type codes and Pay Types setup).

Go to Settings → Integrations → Greentree → Activity Codes (tab label: Trade and shift type mapping).

Open Combinations (or the surface that exposes catalogue sync).

Track progress in the Background Jobs tray. If a sync is already running, wait or confirm Start another sync only if you need a fresh pull.

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Greentree → Activity Codes (tab label: Trade and shift type mapping).
2. Open Combinations (or the surface that exposes catalogue sync).
3. Click Sync activity codes.
4. Track progress in the Background Jobs tray. If a sync is already running, wait or confirm Start another sync only if you need a fresh pull.

Tray reports synced activity codes (new / updated / deactivated counts).

Combination activity-code dropdowns show active catalogue codes.

Pay Types activity-code pickers can resolve codes.

“No activity codes synced yet” → run Sync activity codes while connected.

Connection failed mid-sync → Credentials → reconnect → sync again.
