When you need this
Staff linking needs up-to-date Greentree HR Person and JC Employee catalogues in Sprintsuite.
Before you start
Connected on Credentials.
Prefer Profit Centres and Branches already synced (“Sync profit centres and branches first, then sync staff”).
Steps
Go to Settings → Integrations → Greentree → Staff.
Click ReSync (or Sync from Greentree) for staff catalogues.
Wait for HR Persons and JC Employees to refresh (tray / status).
Confirm search/link modals can find the people you need.
What success looks like
Staff catalogue counts update; employees searchable when linking.
Deactivated Greentree people no longer appear as active link targets.
If it fails
Sync reference data first warning → sync Profit Centres and Branches, then ReSync staff.
Connection lost → reconnect, then ReSync.
