When you need this

Staff linking needs up-to-date Greentree HR Person and JC Employee catalogues in Sprintsuite.

Before you start

  • Connected on Credentials.

  • Prefer Profit Centres and Branches already synced (“Sync profit centres and branches first, then sync staff”).

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Greentree → Staff.

  2. Click ReSync (or Sync from Greentree) for staff catalogues.

  3. Wait for HR Persons and JC Employees to refresh (tray / status).

  4. Confirm search/link modals can find the people you need.

What success looks like

  • Staff catalogue counts update; employees searchable when linking.

  • Deactivated Greentree people no longer appear as active link targets.

If it fails

  • Sync reference data first warning → sync Profit Centres and Branches, then ReSync staff.

  • Connection lost → reconnect, then ReSync.
