Pay-run CSV export and other Greentree staff flows require each included staff member linked to a Greentree employee (Emp Code), and not marked Do not link.

LIVE rule: Manual Link to an existing Greentree HR person only. Do not use Create in Greentree / create HR Person in this pack.

You know the correct Greentree HR Person for the Sprintsuite staff profile.

- Staff catalogues ReSynced.
- You know the correct Greentree HR Person for the Sprintsuite staff profile.

Go to Settings → Integrations → Greentree → Staff.

Choose Link existing / search the synced HR Person (optionally attach JC Employee locally if your process needs it).

Save. Confirm the row shows linked Greentree identity / Emp Code.

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Greentree → Staff.
2. Find the Sprintsuite staff row.
3. Click Link to Greentree.
4. Choose Link existing / search the synced HR Person (optionally attach JC Employee locally if your process needs it).
5. Save. Confirm the row shows linked Greentree identity / Emp Code.
