The Toolbox is your organisation's library of procedures and reference content. It's organised into coloured sections, managed on the web and shown as tiles in the app. HSE forms also live here and have their own article.

Section rules
Sections can hold subsections, articles and forms, but not a mix of subsections and articles at the same level.
A section with subsections can't also hold articles or forms directly.
A section with articles can't take a new subsection until the articles are moved.
An empty section can take either.
Create a section
Go to Toolbox and click Add section. To make a subsection, click Add section on the parent row.
Set Name, Colour and an optional Icon. Use Preview to check the tile.
Click Add section.
To rename or restyle, click the pencil on the section row, then Save changes. To reorder or nest, click Organise, drag rows or use Move to…, then Done.
Moving a section to Trash also moves everything inside it. Restore it from Trash, Toolbox sections.
Create an article
Expand the target section and click Add article.
Write the content. The first line becomes the title everywhere, so use Heading 1 for it.
Optionally turn on Hide from Toolbox while you test, add an Icon, and restrict Visible to by location.
Click Post. You land on Edit article, where Save and Preview are available.
Articles go live as soon as they're saved. There's no go-live or expiry scheduling in the Toolbox. Unlike Feed posts, articles accept PDFs and other file types through Attach file.
What workers see
In the app, workers open Toolbox, tap a section tile, then tap an article or form tile. Articles show the title, section badge, content and attachments. Authors and reactions appear only if turned on in Settings, Toolbox.
Use the phone icon (Toggle mobile preview) on the web to check layout before workers see it.
Media Library
Media in the sidebar opens the Media Library, which stores images and videos (MP4, WebM, MOV) you've uploaded.
Upload: click Upload, or add media from the editor's Media library button.
Reuse: pick from Media library in the editor, or click Copy URL.
Delete: permanent and can't be undone. Deleting a file doesn't remove it from articles that already use it.
If a worker can't see Toolbox content
Check their locations on Settings, People and whether Limit Toolbox by location is on. Also check the item isn't set to Hide from Toolbox.
