This article explains how to configure logos, company names, and terms & conditions for Project Quotes using Billable Companies, and how roles and permissions control access to this feature.
🔍 Overview
If your organisation uses multiple billable companies, you can now brand Project Quotes per company. This ensures the correct logo, company name, and terms & conditions appear on exported quotes, depending on which billable company is selected.
When exporting a project quote, users can choose the relevant Billable Company, and the system will automatically apply that company’s branding and details to the quote export.
⚙️ Setting Up Project Quote Branding
Project quote branding is configured at the Billable Company level.
How to configure branding details
Go to Settings
Select Billable Companies
Choose the relevant Billable Company
Open the Project Quote Settings tab
Add or update the following:
🖼️ Logo
🏷️ Company Name
📄 Terms & Conditions
Save your changes
These details will now be available for use when exporting project quotes.
📤 Exporting a Project Quote
When exporting a project quote, you can select which billable company to apply.
How it works
Open the relevant Project
Navigate to the Project Quote
Select Export Quote
Choose the appropriate Billable Company
The exported quote will automatically include:
The selected company’s logo
Company name
Terms & conditions configured in Project Quote Settings
🔐 Roles & Permissions
Access to Project Quote Settings is controlled by roles and permissions.
Default access
👑 Super Admin users have access by default
Granting access to other users
Go to Settings > Roles & Permissions
Select the relevant role
Enable the permission related to Project Quote / Billable Company settings
Save changes
Once enabled, users assigned to that role will be able to manage project quote branding.
