When you add a client to a job, the system will now automatically fill the Client Contact using the Primary Contact saved in Client Settings.
How It Works
Go to Clients β Open a Client β Contacts
Set or update the Primary Contact
When you add this client to a Job, the contact will auto-populate in the job
This saves time and removes the need to manually select the same contact every time.
Override the Contact in a Job
You can still change the contact at any time:
Open the Job
Update the Client Contact field
Select a different contact if needed
