Client Primary Contact Auto-Populates in Jobs

When you add a client to a job, the system will now automatically fill the Client Contact using the Primary Contact saved in Client Settings.


How It Works

  1. Go to Clients β†’ Open a Client β†’ Contacts

  2. Set or update the Primary Contact

  3. When you add this client to a Job, the contact will auto-populate in the job

This saves time and removes the need to manually select the same contact every time.


Override the Contact in a Job

You can still change the contact at any time:

  • Open the Job

  • Update the Client Contact field

  • Select a different contact if needed
