Adjusting Wages after Payrun has been Processed.

Here are some examples of adjusting wages after payrun has been processed.

​Example 1:

Employee - Art Major – Timesheet for 09/02/26 paid for 8.5 hours @ $106.25 per hour. Correct timesheets hours 9.5 hours @ $106.25

SprintSuite > Unlock pay week > Add timesheet for missed hours > Approve > Export Payrun for 09/02/26-09/02/26 > remove all timesheets except the missed hours > Save CSV

Employment Hero > Import timesheet > Approve timesheet > Option 1 - Include in next payrun: Option 2 – Create new payrun for same period – Manually add payees to run and add employee > Import ALL unpaid timesheets > Finalise payrun as normal

SprintSuite > Pay Runs > Sync With EH

Example 2:

Employee - Art Major – Timesheet for 09/02/26 paid for 8.5 hours @ $106.25 per hour. Correct timesheets hours 8.0 hours @ $106.25

SprintSuite > Unlock pay week > Adjust timesheet for overpaid hours > Approve > Export Payrun for 09/02/26-09/02/26 > remove all timesheets except the adjusted timesheet > Save CSV

Employment Hero > Import timesheet *Note: warning will show duplicate timesheet*> Approve timesheet > Create new payrun for the next period (deduction need to have something to deduct from) > Import ALL unpaid timesheets

Expand employee line > Actions > Add earnings > Copy information of the overpaid timesheet from the finalised payrun and put in the hours/units > Save > Finalise payrun as normal

SprintSuite > Pay Runs > Sync With EH
