Sync issues are caused by timesheets being edited after they have been uploaded into SprintPay.
To locate timesheets not synced:
Open SprintSuite > Staff Times > Enter start and End dates > Change Status to All > Search > Table Options > Export Results
Open download file and sort by Cost to show all 0
To find cost that was paid via SprintPay
Open SprintPay > Reports > Time & Attendance > Timesheets report
Enter Date range to match dates in SprintSuite > Status, select all options > Tick all boxes to show costs, actual times and comments > Download Excel
The Timesheet Report from SprintPay will show the Net and Gross paid on each timesheet uploaded.
- Timesheets that the rules have consolidated together are shown and noted.
- Timesheets that have been manually added into the payrun without being imported via ‘Timesheet import’ will not show in this report.
- Timesheets that have been edited in any way in Sprintsuite (this included moving to different jobs, Unapproving and reapproving, changing Trade or Shift Type) will not sync and show $0 Cost.
By comparing the 2 reports, you can see the timesheets in Sprintsuite times have been adjusted after the wages have been finalised. This results in the timesheet no longer matching and being unable to sync.
