When you need this
Departments in Sprintsuite must map to Greentree Profit Centres for reporting and for flows that require a profit-centre mapping (for example staff/job prerequisites elsewhere).
Before you start
Connected on Credentials.
Departments exist for the billable company.
Steps
Go to Settings → Integrations → Greentree → Profit Centres.
Click Sync from Greentree (progress appears in the Background Jobs tray; the page refreshes so you can track it).
When the table fills, for each Profit Centre choose the matching Sprintsuite department in the dropdown (mapping auto-saves).
Leave unneeded rows unmapped only if you are sure nothing will require them.
What success looks like
Catalogue lists active Greentree Profit Centres.
Each department you use has a mapped Profit Centre.
Last synced time updates; tray shows completion.
If it fails
Connect first / Lost connection → reconnect on Credentials, then Sync again.
Sync already running → wait for the tray job; don’t spam Sync.
Disconnect does not wipe mappings — reconnect and re-sync if Greentree codes changed.
