Work Centres are a Greentree catalogue used on Pay Types (and related mappings). Sync them before you expect Work Centre dropdowns to populate.

Pay Runs CSV note: GreenTree timesheet CSV always leaves Wcentre blank. Syncing Work Centres does not fill the CSV Wcentre column.

Open Settings → Integrations → Greentree → Pay Types.

- Connected on Credentials.
- Open Settings → Integrations → Greentree → Pay Types.

On Pay Types, click Sync WorkCentres from Greentree.

Wait for sync to finish (status / last synced updates on the tab).

Confirm Work Centre options appear on Pay Type mapping rows where applicable.
