When you need this
Combination Activity codes are built from Greentree letter codes on trades and shift types, plus Field/rostered on the job. Automatch matches the composed code to the synced activity catalogue.
Before you start
Activity codes catalogue synced.
Active trades and shift types exist (inactive ones with history appear read-only under Deleted).
Steps
Go to Settings â Integrations â Greentree â Activity Codes.
Trades tab: enter a Greentree letter code per trade â Save all codes.
Shift types tab: enter letter codes for shift types that are not already Activity-mapped on Pay Types â save.
Combinations tab: complete both letter steps if the setup alert still shows, then click Create codes to auto-match composed codes to the catalogue.
For leftovers, Edit a row to adjust letters or pick a Greentree activity code manually.
Filter Unmapped until remaining rows are intentional.
