Greentree jobs expose company-specific Custom-tab and Tree fields (for example JCActivity). Sprintsuite must pull that mandatory-field catalogue so job/project forms know which Greentree fields to show.

This how-to covers catalogue sync only. Creating or updating a JCJob in Greentree from Sprintsuite is not documented in this LIVE pack.

You are on Settings → Integrations → Greentree → General.

- Connected on Credentials.

In Greentree mandatory fields, click Sync from Greentree.

Review the list of mandatory field names returned for this company (or the empty states: none mandatory / none found).

After sync, open a job/project: mandatory Tree fields (such as JCActivity) appear only once their branch options have synced — unsynced Trees stay hidden (no free-text fallback).

1. Open General.
2. In Greentree mandatory fields, click Sync from Greentree.
3. Review the list of mandatory field names returned for this company (or the empty states: none mandatory / none found).
4. After sync, open a job/project: mandatory Tree fields (such as JCActivity) appear only once their branch options have synced — unsynced Trees stay hidden (no free-text fallback).
